What to wear

If it is your first class please come in leggings and a fitted top. Sports bras/secure crop tops are recommended. You will be notified by your instructor when shorts are required.
Shorts should be tight, not too long like cycling shorts, no pockets, zips, buttons etc. No shoes or socks for this class. Please do not come with moisturised hands! You will not grip the pole! Also avoid it on the rest of your body when you start to wear shorts.
No jewellery as it scratches the poles.
Leggings, short or long sleeve t-shirt or vest, again sports bra/secure crop top underneath. You can wear socks if you wish but for warm up will need to be removed. No Jewellery.
For Hammock (Aerial Yoga)
Please cover armpits and wear socks! Do not wear anything that can catch or snag the fabric (jewellery, clothing with zips). Leggings or tight fit clothing is recommended but bringing a jumper is nice for relaxation at the end of class, as your body will start to cool down.
For Kids Classes
Pole – Leggings/joggers with shorts underneath. Tshirt or Vest/crop. Make sure shorts are fitted and not too long like cycling shorts.
Hoop – Long sleeve tops with leggings/joggers. They may wear shorts and a crop underneath should they get hot.
Please ensure clothing for ALL CLASS TYPES do not have zips or sequin detail etc. Socks can be worn for Hoop classes after warm up.
**IT IS IMPORTANT YOU BRING WATER WITH YOU TO CLASS TO STAY HYDRATED!
WE DO SELL BOTTLES FOR 50p AT THE STUDIO BUT OCCASIONALLY WE RUN OUT, SO BETTER TO BE PREPARED!
